Everyone at Fern Lodge is deeply grateful to Rozanne Zwick, who served for three years as Director of Christian Science Nursing. Under Rozanne’s inspired guidance Fern Lodge made significant progress as we sought to ensure that the Christian Science nursing care we offer is a healing influence, specifically tailored to meet each individual patient’s daily needs. Her unique touch has helped to make our facility a home to all who come to us for care.
Rozanne wrote, “While I’ve enjoyed the Fern Lodge setting, it is clear to me that my desire is to serve as a Christian Science nurse, working with individual patients rather than managing a facility.” We are grateful to know that she is available to help those who need care in their homes, as well as in Christian Science facilities around the world. Rozanne is an excellent instructor and mentor, and we look forward to having her join us from time to time to teach classes in our Chritian Science Nursing Education Program. As the poster in the photo above says, we love Rozanne and will stay in close touch with her.[:]

Your sweet smile is very much missed here at Fern Lodge! I’m so grateful to have gotten to know you better during your 3 years as Superintendent of Nurses, it has been a joy — even during some of those wild “roller-coaster rides”, turning the challenges of the moment into important life-lessons learned well, make it all worth it.
THANK YOU for all your good work, both past & present — and the next time I make an awesome batch of homemade lemon bars in the Main Kitchen, don’t be surprised if you get a text message from me to come over and get some!
With Much Affection,
Ken
“Unto thine own self be true.” You have to do what is right for you. I respect the decision you made if managing a facility is not right for you then staying on in that position would not bless. Thank you for the three years you were with Fern Lodge. You diligently worked to learn all that is required to be the Director and those of us who worked with you found you very warm, understanding, and approachable. Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be a blessing. I will never forget the extra support you gave me as one of the “Angels” who appeared when I so desperately needed the help a few years ago.
Thank you for your selfless caring.
Love always, Louise
